Michael Lacorte – Scrum Master, Certified Agile Coach , TD Bank

Michael

Michael is a senior Digital Transformation leader with extensive experience in Media, Telecommunications and the Financial Industry. He has an established track record building reliable digital and web-scale solutions while creating an exceptional client experience. Michael has lead in digital innovation with such high-profile accounts as TD, Telus, Starbuck’s, Xerox, MLSE, FedEx, The TSE, and The Globe and Mail.

Michael is also a leader in transformation and process improvement with success in Agile, DevOps and Cloud computing. As a coach and scrum master, Michael is currently enabling clients to become more agile at the team and organization level. He is a leader that believes in the incredible power of collaboration with empowered, cross-functional, and focused teams. He is active in both the Agile and DevOps communities and passionate about the value that DevOps brings to business success.

Max is a passionate and innovative DevOps advocate who thrives on challenge and believes in success through collaboration. He has 18+ years of progressive experience in private and public organizations, helping clients to implement best practices around continuous deployment and scalable infrastructure. Max is also a decent developer with Master degree in Computer Science who just enjoys IT work too much A dilettante librarian with Master’s in Library and Information Science.

Max is a tenacious problem-solver with strong organizational, communication and management skills who brings energy, enthusiasm, and leadership to problem resolution.  A life-long learner with an uncompromising approach to client satisfaction.

Fawzy is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Digital Integration in Canada with experience in enterprise technology transformation and delivery. He worked in both IT development and operations, he developed strong passion and capability for bridging the gap and enabling high quality and efficient end-to-end delivery. He is a technical guru in IT operations who masters DevOps principles, tools, and processes

Fawzy has experience in DevOps and Agile Enablement, Continuous Integration, Build Systems, Configuration Management, Web Development, Software Architecture, User Experience. He also has strong applied knowledge of Agile, CI & CD concepts, version control, build systems, environment management, configuration management, static code analysis, & automated testing. He is a proven expert on streamlining and automation of business processes with American, Australian, European and Canadian market experience. Stephen has been implementing the philosophy of DevOps for over 15 years to facilitate seamless transitions, company growth and provide certainty for clients.

Recently, Stephen is the Vice-President Operations and Research and Development at EventsWearables. Stephen spends his days ensuring that software gets delivered correctly and on-time.
