Kasturi is a Resource Manager at Ward Tech Talent. She is a huge fan of F.R.I.E.N.D.S. and loves watching horror movies.

Her sense of humor and energy helps her add the “human” factor back in recruitment. Instead of being a “keyword reliant” sourcer, she believes in putting technology in the context of business, helping her screen her candidates better.

Her creative side makes her come up with unique ways of attracting passive candidates.
