The Ward Family has been in IT staffing and employment industry for over 50 years.
With offices in downtown Toronto and Guelph, Ward Technology Talent is a boutique IT and Digital Project Resource firm that specializes in working with small to medium-sized enterprises where WTT can significantly contribute to the success of these organizations and the candidates and consultants we work with

- Several of our clients have hired over 100+ candidates from us over the past 10 years
- Many of the consultants we work with have had 5+ contracts through our firm

- We have started and sponsor several IT Communities with free events in the Toronto Area:
- Mobile Learning Lab – over 2,100 members, 40+ events and ranked 1 of the top 10 tech events in Toronto by BlogTO
- Women Leaders in Technology – started in early 2016
- Technical Executive Breakfast Series – started in early 2016
- In 2017 we opened an office in Guelph to serve the growing technology community in the South-Western Ontario Region
- We’re on a crusade to change the lay of the land – through innovation, creative sourcing practices, and by establishing communities
